His design might change, I'm not too keen on this one.

He's a shark pony with a slight underbite.
He's very optimistic, rather soft spoken, mild mannered, tends to cry easily, but he has a really big heart. If you're in his life, then he most likely cares really deeply for you.
He loves swimming and the stars. He also tends to trust his own intuition and has a hard time taking advice from others. Meaning, if he's got a dilemma then he typically needs to resolve it on his own. The fact that he's very stubborn also plays into this.
